Reds midfielder Marko Grujic has sustained a worrying injury – a suspected broken leg – during his loan spell in Germany with Hertha Berlin.
The 22-year-old, who moved to the Bundesliga club on loan in the summer transfer window, was withdrawn from Hertha’s game against Borussia Monchengladbach on Saturday with what appears to be a concerning injury.
In fact, Hertha Berlin’s manager Pal Dardai provided an update on the player’s condition after the match, as he revealed that Grujic may have suffered a broken his leg.
Marko Grujić was substituted this afternoon after a challenge with Gladbach's Patrick Herrmann. After the game Hertha's manager Pál Dárdai gave this update:

The Serbian youngster was unable to put much weight onto his left foot after the injury and he was forced to limp off during the game as he was helped by members of the Hertha medical staff.
The young midfielder now appears to be set for a lengthy spell on the sidelines, just when he thought he was about to receive an opportunity to impress Jurgen Klopp while on loan in Germany.
