According to the Metro, Liverpool loanee Loris Karius is set to take legal action over current club Besiktas due to his wages not being paid. The report reveals that the German hasn’t been paid for as long as 4 months by the Turkish giants and Karius has requested FIFA to intervene.
Karius moved to Turkey at the start of the season after the arrival of Allison from AS Roma. The 25-year old’s last game for the Reds was disastrous as he made two shocking errors against Real Madrid in the final of the Champions League.
The German was in the news earlier this week after Besiktas’ win over Konyaspor. Manager Senol Gunes called the goalkeeper out for his mistakes and accused him of not being a part of the group since his arrival in the summer.
Karius’ future at the Turkish club is now under serious threat and the German is expected to return to Anfield in the summer.
