Liverpool attacker Mohamed Salah has not been enjoying his season so far, especially after the amazing tally which he finished last year with.
The 26-year-old has registered much fewer goals thus far than he had at this stage last term and his fitness is perhaps part of the reason why he is yet to hit top form.
Salah was included in the Egyptian national team squad for the international break but the Liverpool star has been forced to withdraw from the squad due to a new problem.
The former AS Roma star has picked up what is believed to be a muscle injury but reports are claiming that he is only expected to miss two weeks.
In that case, Salah, who has immediately reported back to the club for further tests, would be likely to be available for the match against Cardiff City towards the end of October.
