Wijnaldum starts in 4-3-3: Liverpool’s expected line-up against Brighton

Liverpool have started the season well and the team will most likely be confident of letting that run continue this weekend against Brighton.

Of course, the away side are going into the clash on the back of a huge win over the Reds’ title rivals Manchester United last Sunday.

But it should be harder for that result to repeat at Anfield where Liverpool opened the new season by thrashing West Ham a fortnight ago.

With Manchester City winning handsomely so far, Pep Guardiola’s side will remain as the favourites in the title race but you would be plainly ignorant to discount the potential of this Liverpool team.

As far as the team news is concerned, Liverpool could name the same starting line-up for a third game in a row.

Defender Dejan Lovren remains out, while Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, who has been missing since the second half of last season, is a long-term absentee.
